The information that customers provide for sign-up is moved to a separate database (a separate file box for papers) after the information is used for the intended purpose, stored for certain period of time for reasons of information protection under internal policy and relevant legislation and destroyed. The information transferred to a separate database is not used for any other purpose than being retained unless required by law.
The Institute deletes personal information stored in the form of an electric file by using technological methods that prevent any recovery of the record.
In principle, the Institute does not disclose the users' personal information to any external party except for the following cases:

Should a user request corrections on errors of personal information, the Institute shall not use or provide any personal information until a correction is made.
In addition, if inaccurate personal information has already been provided to the third party, the result of the correction shall be notified to the third party immediately so that correction is made.
The Institute handles personal information that is terminated or deleted by the request of users specified in the “Period of retention and utilization of Personal Information” and shall not shall not view or use for any other purposes.
